Winter Formal Committee
The Winter Formal is held at the Viewpoint School and takes place in the month of February.

Responsibilities of the committee:
Tasks includes coordinating decorations and set up of the Rasmussen Pavillion. Other tasks include setting up Sign up genius and assure that all the parent donation requests are filled.
- Attend VSSA Meetings before and after event.
- Develop a Theme
- Work with US Administration on ideas
- Hire DJ
- Create décor elements for the dance
- Collect RSVPs
- Maintain a Budget
