Winter Fest
Organize the Viewpoint Winter Fest event in collaboration with Spirit Chairs and Viewpoint Facilities, Marketing, Finance, and Sport team.

Responsibitlies:
Audience: Students, Parents, Faculty and Staff TK-12
Number of Parent Volunteers needed:
-Various responsibilities the night of the game, ideally 10 parents for the entire night
-3 time slots, 4 parents per half hour slot
-Various volunteers needed throughout Spirit Week as well (approx 10)
VIEWPOINT staff partners:
Facilities, Administration, Communications, Athletics, Faculty – school wide event, all are involved
Time Line for the event:
- Winterfest is determined in collaboration with Athletics
- Meet with Administrators, Coaches, Faculty involved and Student Council regarding Spirit Week and Winter Fest
- Determine food stations in collaboration with Facilities team
- Order Give-aways, prizes, Order Printed materials- posters, trading cards needed
- Coordinate vendors needed for Spirit Week (ex: sweet treat Friday)
- 2 weeks before: publish Sign Up Genius for event volunteers
- 1 week before: confirm food vendors with facilities
- Spirit Week: Run Programs
- Winter Fest: Oversee event
Event Publicized:
Weekly Mailers, Daily Mailers, Flyers go home for PS/LS, Trading Cards, Posters, Banners, Social Media (VP Sports/School on Instagram and FB), Email push pages from VP as well as through grade reps, Daily MS and US Bulletins
Attend monthly VSSA Meetings & all major VSSA Events
