As a Class Rep, you will represent your class at the VSSA meetings, communicate with parents on key upcoming events, and take the lead in Primary & Lower School events.

Communication
Communicate monthly and ad hoc with your class
All communication must be vetted first by the VSSA President for PS/LS
Be a point person for welcoming new families & answering any family questions that arise during the school year
Assist with communications from the Primary & Lower School Division Representatives
Employee Appreciation Breakfast Days
Coordinate with Faculty & Staff Appreciation committee regarding planning and organizing
Check the Sign Up Genius to make sure we have enough food
Send out friendly reminders for your “days”
Help with set up
Help with collection of items at drop off
Attend monthly VSSA meeting and all major VSSA events
